The competition is two parts, cadets can earn points year round by completing challenges. The second part is a traditional amateur radio contest, during Saturdays in November, which is also the end of the years competition. If your unit is not able to compete during the amateur radio contest, the scoring for the competition is weighted towards completing challenges. You can still be competitive without competing in November, so don’t miss out.
